The School of Music concert series for the first semester closes on Tuesday 28 May 2013 with an organ recital at 19:30 by local organist Colin Campbell in the Dutch Reformed Church Miederpark. Colin Campbell has lectured at the School of Music since 2008 and he recently received his doctoral degree in church music from North-West University.

His programme for this concert consists of several large organ works, mainly from the French organ repertoire, suited to the magnificent organ in the church. He will, however, include the famous and very popular “Toccata and Fugue in d minor” by JS Bach as well.
